Each Ana de Jour piece is prepared with the same care that accompanies every stage of the brand’s process, from the selection of materials to the moment it leaves the atelier.

Ready to Ship

Pieces available in stock are dispatched after payment confirmation. The delivery timeframe is calculated according to the postal code provided and displayed at checkout.

Made to Order and Custom Made

Made-to-order and Custom Made pieces are produced especially for each client, according to the selections and measurements defined at the time of purchase, with a production timeframe of up to 30 days.

As these pieces are produced individually, we do not accept exchanges or returns based on preference. For purchases made online, the right of withdrawal provided under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code remains guaranteed within 7 days of receipt, provided the piece is unworn and in perfect condition.

Delivery

Orders are shipped throughout Brazil via Correios. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are automatically calculated according to the postal code and order details. During periods of high demand, launches, or holidays, delivery times may be subject to change — in this case, our team will contact you.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its delivery.
