The Brand
Ten years. One fabric. One conviction.
Ana de Jour was founded by Ana Paula Figueiredo in 2015, in São Paulo. Before creating fashion, she created images: nearly 20 years as an art director at some of Brazil’s leading advertising agencies. When she founded the brand, that perspective already knew what it wanted: to master silk.
Silk is the thread that runs through everything. The choice of raw material, the way we work, the reason each dress lasts and endures. Delicate, feminine, timeless pieces that move naturally through parties, red carpets, museums, and dinners around the world.
Rather than searching for a different theme with each collection, Ana de Jour delves ever deeper into its own essence. We have an atelier in Perdizes, where every piece is made. Ten years of work. From São Paulo to Milan.

Collection
Ana de Jour is inspired by real women. Its dresses are named after friends, clients, and women who inhabit the brand’s universe and serve as inspiration.
The collection is permanent, with no summer or winter season. The pieces evolve organically, without rupture or disposal. Rather than searching for a different theme with each proposal, the brand delves ever deeper into its own essence: delicate, sheer, signature dresses.
“My daily inspiration comes from the connection I have with my clients, their life stories told through the exchanges we share.”

Sustainability
Everything begins with the choice of fabric. Silk is a natural raw material and has been the guiding thread of the brand’s story for ten years. Present and central in every collection. A choice rooted in values.
Each piece is made on demand, with no inventory. Only what has been ordered is produced, with no excess and no stock.
This commitment has received international recognition. Ana de Jour is part of TexBrasil, the Brazilian Textile and Fashion Industry Internationalization Program, an initiative by Abit in partnership with ApexBrasil to bring Brazilian brands to the global market. In 2024, the brand received the Friend of the Earth certification from the World Sustainability Organization. The certification confirms the use of traceable fabrics and compliance with rigorous social and environmental criteria throughout the production chain. In 2025, Ana de Jour was selected as one of 13 international brands for Beyond the Claim during Milan Fashion Week.
Partnerships with artisans from Northeastern Brazil are part of the same model. Renda Renascença lace, produced in João Pessoa, and macramé developed from silk selvages in Araruna by master artisan Julieta Estevão preserve centuries-old techniques within the brand’s production chain. Handcrafted pleats, pintucks, and pleating complete this vocabulary: craftsmanship is not a detail. It is structure.

Raw Materials
Ana de Jour names its suppliers. Partners for more than ten years, both are 100% Brazilian companies.
Silk comes from Werner Tecidos, based in Petrópolis, Rio de Janeiro. Founded in 1904, it is the largest textile mill specializing in silk in the Americas. Lyocell and modal come from GVallone, using Lenzing fibers produced from certified wood.
It is the certifications of these two companies that support Ana de Jour’s Friend of the Earth certification. Traceability begins at the source.

How to Care for Your Ana de Jour
Silk is a living fabric. With the right care, your Ana de Jour piece can last a lifetime.
Washing
Hand wash in cold water using a mild liquid detergent specifically formulated for delicate garments. Wash one piece at a time. Do not soak, rub, or wring. Do not mix light and dark colors. Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
Drying
Dry vertically in the shade. Never tumble dry.
Ironing
Iron at up to 110°C, without steam or pressure. Always place a protective cloth between the iron and the garment.
Attention
Pieces with embellishments or zippers require extra care. Alcohol-based substances, such as perfumes and deodorants, may damage silk. When in doubt, choose a professional cleaner specializing in delicate garments.
